Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy setup and relaxing amenities, like a jacuzzi and a clean hot tub, although cleanliness could be improved. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond in assisting with activities. The location, nestled in Casa Domingo's walls, gives a serene spa-like experience, making it a must-visit in Antigua. The dining options are varied, requiring reservations on weekends, but offer a great atmosphere in an antique setting.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were partially below ground level, which made them feel basic, but the spa room had its benefits. However, the room was so full of smoke at night that we had trouble breathing and our eyes were stinging.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were nicely connected and located in a quiet area, with an excellent powerful shower. The private roof terrace was a great bonus, making the stay cozy, traditional, and yet equipped with all the modern amenities. The only slight drawback was the dining experience, but overall, a fantastic stay.
